A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show may be required to pay the full service amount or an additional deposit before booking future appointments. Please arrive on time.
